We only hire domestic, U.S. based staff for the work we do.

All our employees are W-2 and offered full benefits, including medical, dental, and 401k.

Yes, from time to time we are in need of staff that only have part-time or as needed availability.

To be OnPoint means to be on top of your game, extremely good, and relevant.  We chose it because it defines the standard to which our organization strives to perform at.

OnPoint was founded in January of 2018.  Prior to that our leadership team worked for a large publicly traded corporation for over 12 years and helped start their HIM, CDI, and Coding Staffing Division.

We partner with health systems ranging from smaller critical access type facilities to larger level I academic institutions and everything in between.  We are genuinely excited to help any healthcare organization regardless of size, stature in need of temporary staffing support in mid revenue cycle.
